The newest member to join the team as Principal Broker is Kenneth G. (Ken) Sullivan. Although new to the firm, Sullivan is not new to the family. He and Diane Kay (nee Tickle) Sullivan were married in 1971 and have two daughters, Jill Marie Sullivan-Carr, DVM and Catherine Diane Sullivan-Erwin, RN who are long time Millington residents. Sullivan brings a wealth of business expertise from the commercial world as well as a brief stint with governmental employment, including service in the US Navy and the State of Mississippi.
Before entering the real estate field, Ken had a career in the financial services industry. He also is enrolled to practice before the IRS. With this background in taxation, it’s not surprising that he counts investors among his satisfied clients. They do seem drawn to his no-nonsense style of doing business. Among other things, he’s also been an office equipment salesman, business owner, volunteer leader and trainer with the National Exchange Club and local Tennessee Exchange Clubs, and an avid golfer.
Ken still enjoys golf and plays in several charity events annually. He can often be seen as a volunteer for Chamber of Commerce, Playhouse 51 (Community Theater) and Tennessee Exchange Club events all over West Tennessee. Ken also enjoys reading and honing his skills in computer literacy.
